A36 structural channel, also known as A36 steel channel, is a special type of C-shaped channel using American Society for Testing and Materials A36 channel steel. ASTMA36 is a kind of low carbon steel with excellent performance, easy to weld, easy to form, and easy to have high strength. Because of its multi-purpose and low cost, it has become the most widely used material in construction projects.

“A36” refers to the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) requirements for carbon structural steel. ASTMA36 steel is characterized by its mechanical properties, including a minimum yield strength of 36,000 pounds per square inch (psi) and a tensile strength of 58,000-80,000 psi.

A36 structural channels are widely used in various construction and manufacturing fields, such as frames, supporting structures and engineering components. Known for its durability and suitability for load-bearing purposes. A36 steel trenches are available in various sizes and specifications to meet various construction and engineering requirements.
