Rolling Mill
In profile production, rolling mill is an indispensable equipment. For example, in the production of angle steel, channel steel, etc., we use advanced rolling mills to roll the heated metal billets, which can achieve continuous and high-speed production, and can greatly improve production efficiency.
Mold
We use high-precision mold equipment to produce profiles with complex shapes and precise dimensions, which can greatly improve the accuracy of profile shape and size.
Tractor
During high-speed production, our hauling machine has strong traction, which can ensure that the profile can be pulled smoothly, and at the same time, it can ensure that the stretching ratio of the profile is uniform.
Cutting Machine
We can cut the pulled profile according to the set length. Common methods include mechanical sawing and laser cutting. We use high-precision cutting machines to reduce the generation of waste and improve material utilization.
Dimension Measurement
We use high-precision dimension measurement equipment to timely detect the dimensional deviation of the product during the production process, and can adjust the production equipment more quickly to ensure the stability of product quality.
Material Testing
The spectrometer we use can analyze the chemical composition of metal profiles, determine the material standards, and evaluate the mechanical properties.
