Welding Process: The thick flange of HEM120 (21 mm) is considered a thick-plate weld. It is recommended to use low-hydrogen electrodes and strictly control the interpass temperature ≤ 250°C. After welding, post-weld hydrogen removal should be performed to ensure weld quality and structural performance.
