What is S355J2 H Shape Beam?

Our S355J2 H-beams feature high dimensional precision, with cross-sectional tolerances strictly controlled within the tighter limits specified by EN 10034, ensuring excellent squareness and straightness between the web and flanges.

 

The product range covers heights from 100 mm to over 1000 mm, including the full HEA, HEB, and IPE series. Flange thickness can meet the requirements of various heavy-duty structural applications. Standard lengths range from 6000 mm to 12000 mm, and we also provide precise CNC cutting, drilling, and sectioning services according to project drawings.

 

All products are supplied in hot-rolled or normalized conditions, and undergo ultrasonic non-destructive testing (UT inspection). Surface finishes include standard hot-rolled black finish, shot blasting with protective coating, or hot-dip galvanizing. Each delivery is accompanied by an original EN 10204 3.1 Mill Test Certificate (MTC) for full traceability.

We provide professional export-grade packaging solutions to ensure safe transportation and prevent mechanical damage during handling, loading, and shipping.

 

All S355J2 H-beams are bundled using high-strength galvanized steel straps at regular intervals to maintain structural stability and prevent deformation during transit.

 

Surface protection is applied according to customer requirements, including anti-rust oil coating, waterproof plastic wrapping, or protective film to prevent moisture, corrosion, and surface scratches.

 

Each bundle is fixed on reinforced wooden skids or steel pallets compliant with ISPM 15 (IPPC) international export standards, ensuring suitability for sea freight and global shipment.
