S275JR h beam material characteristics
S275JR steel h beam is a European standard carbon structural steel, which implements the EN 10025 standard, and its chemical composition is strictly controlled at C≤0.22%, Si≤0.55%, Mn≤1.60%, and P/S≤0.025%.
Yield strength ≥275MPa (thickness ≤16mm), tensile strength 430-580MPa, with medium strength and good plasticity.
Low temperature and corrosion resistance
Excellent impact toughness, longitudinal impact energy ≥27J at -20℃, suitable for cold areas or low temperature projects; after galvanizing or spraying, it can resist industrial corrosion environment and extend service life.
Welding and Processability
Low carbon equivalent (CEV≤0.40%), supports arc welding, gas shielded welding and other processes, stable weld quality; can be cut, drilled, bent, suitable for complex steel structure processing needs.
Bending and compression resistance
