S275JR h shaped steel beam Material characteristics
Chemical composition: Carbon (C) ≤ 0.22%, Manganese (Mn) ≤ 1.50%, Phosphorus (P) ≤ 0.035%, Sulfur (S) ≤ 0.035%.
Mechanical properties: Yield strength ≥ 275 MPa (thickness ≤ 16 mm); Tensile strength 430~580 MPa.
Low-temperature toughness: -20℃ impact energy ≥ 27 J (meets general low-temperature requirements).
Elongation: ≥ 20% (high elongation after fracture, suitable for cold bending).
Welding process: Arc welding and submerged arc welding can be used. It is recommended to preheat to 100~150℃ before welding (thickness> 25 mm).
Cold bending performance: Minimum bending radius ≤ 2 times the thickness of the steel plate.
