The manufacturing of H-shaped steel generally includes smelting, casting, rolling and cooling.
(1) Smelting: First, mix pig iron and scrap steel materials in a certain proportion and heat them to a molten state.
Then, vacuum deoxidation and other methods are used to remove impurities and oxides and improve the purity and quality of the steel.
(2) Casting: Pour the molten steel into the H-shaped steel mold, and form the H-shaped steel blank after cooling and solidification.
(3) Rolling: The blank is sent to the rolling mill for rolling. Through multiple passes of cold rolling, hot rolling and drawing, the cross-sectional shape and size of the H-shaped steel meet the requirements.
