T1 Tool steel Product Introduction
HSS T1 is a high-speed tool steel containing 18% tungsten with high toughness and good cutting properties. Tungsten-based tool steel has a carbide structure and does not contain molybdenum, resulting in high toughness and high tensile strength. With a tungsten content of 18%, it is the most effective tungsten-based high-speed steel with high wear resistance, red hardness and toughness.
Cutting Parameters With high tensile strength, the tungsten in this tool steel makes it easy to cut - reaching a hardness of 63-66 HRC after heat treatment.
