High Speed Steel Round Bar Product Introduction
This M35 HSS rod is ideal for heat treatment. This special grade of steel has excellent cutting properties. This high-speed steel has high red hardness, excellent wear resistance and cutting ability, and its grain and carbide particle sizes are fine.
M35 HSS High Speed Steel is a conventionally manufactured cobalt alloy high speed tool steel for use in cutting conditions requiring high thermal hardness. M35 hss rods are also suitable for cold working applications where wear resistance is critical. The steel has excellent wear resistance and toughness, superior to high-alloy cold work steel in these aspects.
In addition, M35 HSS tool steel round bar is a medium alloy steel with good machinability, and the cobalt element in it can increase hot hardness. The composition of M35 HSS rods provides a good combination of toughness and hardness. Due to these well-balanced properties, M35 HSS rods are widely used in cutting tools.
