W10x88/100/112 A36/A572GR50/A992 wide flange beam

W10x88, W10x100 and W10x112 are different specifications of American standard H-beam (wide flange H-beam). They have different sizes and weights per foot, suitable for different engineering needs.

Material comparison
A36 h profile steel: Basic carbon structural steel with a yield strength of 36,000 psi.
A572 Gr50 h steel profile: high-strength low-alloy structural steel with a yield strength of 50,000 psi.
A992 h beam profile: high-strength low-alloy structural steel for modern bridges and buildings, with a yield strength typically between 50,000 and 65,000 psi.

Application scenarios of h beam section
W10x88: suitable for applications with medium to heavy loads, such as heavy industrial plants, main load-bearing components of multi-story buildings, etc.
W10x100: suitable for occasions with higher requirements for load-bearing capacity and rigidity, such as large industrial facilities, core supports of high-rise buildings, etc.
W10x112: particularly suitable for extreme load conditions or long-span structures, such as large warehouses, gymnasiums, exhibition centers, and other projects that require great strength and stability.
