Which one should we choose when choosing between ordinary angle and galvanized angle?
1. Ordinary Angle
Ordinary angle mainly refers to the direct hot rolled out without any processing of the angle. Angle steel surface quality in the standard has provisions, general requirements shall not exist on the use of harmful defects, such as scars, delamination, cracks and so on.
Angle belongs to the construction of carbon structural steel, is a simple cross-section of the section steel, mainly used for metal components and plant frames and so on. In use requires good weldability, plastic deformation properties and a certain degree of mechanical strength. Production of angle steel billet for the raw material billet of low carbon steel billet, finished angle steel for hot rolled forming, normalized or hot rolled state delivery.
2. Galvanized steel angle
Galvanized steel angle is divided into hot-dip galvanized steel angle and cold galvanized steel angle. Hot dip galvanized steel angle is also called hot dip galvanized steel angle or hot dip zinc angle. Cold galvanized paint mainly through the electrochemical principle to ensure that the zinc powder and steel full contact, produce electrode potential difference for anti-corrosion.

Advantages:
1. Long-lasting and durable: hot-dip galvanized angle steel has a glossy surface, uniform zinc layer, no leakage of plating, no dripping, strong adhesion and strong corrosion resistance.
2. Strong toughness of the plating layer: the galvanized layer forms a special metallurgical structure, which can withstand mechanical damage during delivery and use.
3. Good reliability: The galvanized layer is metallurgically bonded to the steel and becomes part of the steel surface, so the durability of the coating is more reliable.
4. Comprehensive protection: Every part of the plated part can be zinc plated, even in recesses, sharp corners and hidden areas.
