Which mold steel is harder and more wear-resistant?

Wear-resistant plate material characteristics: NM500 belongs to the wear-resistant steel plate (wear-resistant plate) series. N stands for resistance (nai) and M stands for the pinyin letters of the two Chinese characters for grinding (mo). 500 represents the average Brinell hardness of this steel plate.

A-2 is a high-toughness and wear-resistant tool steel used for metal processing. It is an air-hardened steel with a high carbon content of about 1%. After heat treatment, it can reach a hardness of HRc57. The chromium content is about 5%. The surface of the steel is glossy after polishing. It is darker, has excellent corrosion resistance, is extremely ductile, and has good blade damage resistance.

A more wear-resistant steel is tungsten steel. Special steel made with tungsten and other metals added inside, has high hardness and is very wear-resistant. It is used to make cutting pins and drilling tools for machine tools. It can process steel and machine parts. It is called the tooth of industry.

Wear-resistant steel refers to steel with excellent wear resistance in high-friction and high-wear environments. Common wear-resistant steel: High manganese steel, also called AR400 steel, is a heat-treated steel that can obtain high strength and wear resistance by controlling the content of alloy elements. Commonly used in the manufacturing of heavy machinery such as excavators and buckets.
