Key Applications

Oil & Gas: Pressure vessels, storage tanks, and piping for handling hot liquids and gases.

Petrochemical & Chemical Processing: Equipment exposed to high temperatures and corrosive media.

Power Generation: Boilers, heat exchangers, and other components operating under severe conditions.

Industrial Boilers: Welded boilers requiring strength and durability at elevated temperatures.

Advantages

Excellent High-Temperature Mechanical Properties: Higher strength than Grade 11 Class 1, resisting creep and maintaining stability under long-term high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Strong Corrosion & Oxidation Resistance: Chromium-molybdenum synergy enables resistance to sulfide stress cracking, chloride corrosion and high-temperature oxidation, suitable for sour gas and acidic media.

Reliable Weldability: Retains good weldability with high strength, forming durable joints via standard processes for large welded equipment.

Stable Structural Tolerance: Withstands thermal cycles, resists deformation/failure, extending equipment service life and reducing maintenance costs.

Wide Industrial Applicability: ASME-compliant, suitable for oil and gas, thermal power, chemical industries, for pressure vessels, boilers and heat exchangers.
