CrWMn die steel uses:
CrWMn alloy steel is widely used in processing thin steel plates and is the basic material for cold punching dies with light loads and complex shapes of non-ferrous metals.
CrWMn high carbon alloy steel can be used to make punches, dies, inserts of complex shapes of punching dies with material thickness <1mm, as well as punches and concave dies of strand drawing dies.
CrWMn high carbon die steel is used for punches, concave dies and inserts of bending dies that require high wear resistance and complex shapes.
CrWMn high carbon alloy die steel is used for punches and concave dies of aluminum cold extrusion dies.
CrWMn cold working die steel is used for copper cold extrusion die concave dies and steel cold extrusion punches and concave dies.
After forging, it can be used to make plastic rubber mold sleeves used on press machines above 1mm, usually with the hardness of the steel raised to 50-55HRC.
