41Cr4 Alloy Structural Steel Plate
41Cr4(1.7035) alloy steel is the most commonly used alloy structural steel. Its tensile strength, yield strength and hardenability are higher than those of No. 40 steel, but its weldability is limited and it has a tendency to form cracks. 41Cr4 alloy metal is used for more important quenched and tempered parts, such as parts working under alternating load, medium speed and medium load parts.
41Cr4 alloy steel plate mechanical properties:
Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥980(100)
Yield strength σs (MPa): ≥785(80)
Elongation δ5 (%): ≥9
Reduction of area ψ (%): ≥45
Impact energy Akv (J): ≥47
Impact toughness value αkv (J/cm2): ≥59(6)
Hardness: ≤207HB
Sample size: The sample blank size is 25mm
Application and use of 41Cr4 alloy plate:
41Cr4 alloy steel sheet is used for more important quenched and tempered parts, such as parts working under alternating load, medium speed and medium load parts. After surface quenching, it can be used for parts with high load and wear resistance without large impact, such as gears, sleeves, shafts, crankshafts, and pins.
