5CrMnMo round bar is a mold steel that is mainly developed by adding three elements: Cr, Mn and Mo on the basis of medium carbon steel. Except for its hardenability and thermal fatigue resistance, 5CrMnMo steel has similar properties to 5CrNiMo steel, but its hardenability is slightly worse.
