5CrMnMo Mould Steel Bar
5CrNiMo steel has good toughness, strength and high wear resistance, and is a hot work die steel. Its mechanical properties are almost the same at room temperature and 500~600℃. When heated to 500°C, it can still maintain a hardness of about HB300. Because the steel contains molybdenum, it is not sensitive to temper brittleness. After slowly cooling down from 600°C, the impact toughness decreases only slightly.

5CrNiMo steel round bar usage range
Suitable for manufacturing various large and medium-sized hammer forging dies and trimming dies with complex shapes, large impact load, not too high working temperature, and side length >400mm. Used for manufacturing simple shapes. General manufacturing process smelting uses vacuum refining process to ensure the purity of steel; large-scale Professional heat treatment enables the steel to obtain the best pre-hardening effect and evenly distribute the hardness.
