The 4650 series in high-temperature pressure vessels are available in 250, 500, and 1000 mL capacities. these vessels are available up to 600 °C with a maximum pressure of 6000 psi (413 bar). the maximum pressure at 600 °C is 4200 psi (289 bar) at the highest temperature. the 4650 series is also available with a VGR head design with 8 compression bolts.
In addition, this series of high-temperature vessels is commonly used in the manufacture of boilers, pressure vessels, and other equipment. Requirements for its chemical composition, mechanical properties, and processing techniques are strictly defined.
