What is the difference between high-tensile steel and spring steel?

High-ramp steel: It is an alloy steel with a manganese content of 10% or more.

Spring steel: Spring steel is steel used in the manufacture of springs and elastic components due to its elasticity in the quenched and tempered condition. The elasticity of a steel depends on its ability to deform elastically, i.e., to withstand a load without deformation after the load has been removed, within specified limits.

High Speed Steel

Performance characteristics
High-manganese steel: After treatment with anti-abrasive technology, the surface of the material can reach 500 - 550 Brinell hardness, continue to maintain the internal flexibility, surface friction is minimized, can be welded with high manganese steel or similar materials, can be cut by an acetylene oxygen torch, non-magnetic, etc..

Spring steel: spring steel should have a good combination of properties, such as mechanical properties, anti-elastic reduction properties (i.e., anti-elastic reduction properties, also known as anti-relaxation properties), fatigue properties, hardenability, physicochemical properties. In order to meet the above performance requirements, spring steel has excellent metallurgical quality (high purity and uniformity), good surface quality (strict control of surface defects and decarburization), precise shape and size.
