Design requirements when the web is fully welded, if the thickness of the web is not more than 20mm, it is appropriate to use single V-shaped groove and plate welding. If the thickness of the web is more than 20mm, it is appropriate to use K-shaped groove, and weld after cleaning the root on both sides.
