How is the channel steel treated with corrosion protection

3. Electric galvanizing: Through electrolytic deposition, a thin layer of zinc is formed on the surface of the channel steel. Electrogalvanizing is a more economical anticorrosion method, which is suitable for small channel steel or hot dip galvanizing.
4. Spraying anti-corrosion: Use anti-corrosion coating to spray high-pressure gas to the surface of the channel steel to form a uniform coating. Spraying anti-corrosion is suitable for irregular shape channel steel, with the advantages of fast construction speed and low cost.
After anti-corrosion treatment, it is necessary to check the surface of the channel steel to ensure that the quality of the coating meets the requirements. At the same time, the anti-corrosion layer should also be regularly maintained and updated to maintain its anti-corrosion performance.
