Angle steel in the use of what problems are prone to occur
Angle steel is widely used in the construction industry and is a high-quality building material. The Angle steel billet is grinded with coarse grinding wheel, and there will be wear marks on the surface of the plate during rolling, especially on the thick plate above 20mm. In the heating furnace, when the billet is moving in the slide, it is easy for the slide scratch to appear on the surface under the billet. The friction between the middle splint and the side of the middle plate causes the side burrs to splash onto the surface of the middle plate and form surface rolling pits.

The falling off between the chains causes the steel plate to move out of sync on the cold bed, forming a scratch on the lower surface. The bottom roll of the furnace is subjected to multiple effects such as high temperature gas and load, and it is easy to appear surface nodules, resulting in pitting on the bottom surface of the middle plate. The residual oxide of the straightened carbon steel is easy to form a pitting on the surface of the middle plate during the straightening process. It is easy to cause side rib injury when lifting the steel plate and scratch the surface of the steel plate due to non-standard operation during unloading.
