Chemical composition
Carbon (C) ≤0.22%, Silicon (Si) ≤0.55%, Manganese (Mn) ≤1.60%; Phosphorus (P), Sulfur (S) ≤0.025%, Copper (Cu) ≤0.55%; Contains trace alloy elements to optimize low-temperature toughness and fatigue resistance.
Mechanical properties
Yield strength: ≥355 MPa when thickness ≤16mm, decreasing in stages as thickness increases (minimum 265 MPa); Tensile strength: 450~680 MPa; Cryogenic toughness: -20℃ impact energy ≥27 J (in accordance with EN 10025-2 standard); Elongation: ≥21%.
Production process and processing of S355J2 HEB180x180x8.5x14 h profile steel
Hot rolling forming: adopt controlled rolling and controlled cooling process to ensure cross-section uniformity and dimensional tolerance (EN 10034 standard).
Welding process: submerged arc welding is recommended, the interlayer temperature is controlled at 120~150℃, and ER70S-6 welding wire is matched; avoid excessive heat input to cause embrittlement of the heat-affected zone.
Surface treatment: after sandblasting and rust removal to Sa2.5 level, it can be matched with epoxy zinc-rich primer (25 years of service life in C4 level corrosion environment); hot-dip galvanizing process is supported, and the pickling quality needs to be controlled to prevent oxidation residues.
