Nickel Alloy Bar Product Introduction
The 800 series alloys (Chromel 800, 800H and 800HT) are nickel-iron-chromium superalloys with excellent high-temperature strength and resistance to oxidation, carburization and other types of high-temperature corrosion and are used in a variety of applications, from furnace components to petrochemicals Jacket from furnace cracking tube to electric heating element.
Alloy 800 is a nickel-chromium-iron alloy commonly used in high-temperature service applications where resistance to the effects of high-temperature corrosion, such as oxidation and carburization, is required.
Alloy 800 is metallurgically stable for long-term applications at high temperatures. The alloy has excellent high-temperature strength and is resistant to oxidation, carburization and sulfurization. Alloy 800 also has good creep rupture properties.
