The Difference Between Hot-dip Galvanizing And Cold-dip Galvanizing Of Galvanized Angle Steel

Oct 12, 2023 Leave a message

The thickness and performance of hot-dip galvanizing are higher than those of cold-dip galvanizing.

The process flow of hot-dip galvanized angle steel: pickling of angle steel → water washing → dipping in flux → drying and preheating → rack plating → cooling → passivation → cleaning → grinding → hot-dip galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized angle steel is uniform, with a large difference between 30-50um, and has good reliability.

The cold galvanizing process uses zinc fillers to coat the protected surface with zinc fillers to protect the metal from corrosion. A zinc filler content of 95% can be obtained in the dry coating.
