S355NL HEB260x260x10x17.5 structural steel beam
S355NL h steel profile Material characteristics
Chemical composition: C≤0.22%, Si≤0.55%, Mn≤1.60%, P≤0.025%, S≤0.025%, Cu≤0.55%; low sulfur and phosphorus design to improve welding performance and low temperature toughness.
Implementation standard: European standard EN 10025-3 fine grain normalized steel, in line with EN 10034 steel standard.
Low temperature toughness: -50℃ impact energy ≥27J (NL grade), suitable for severe cold environment.
High strength weldability: normalizing rolling process ensures fine grain structure, and cracks are not easy to occur during welding.

S355NL HEB260x260x10x17.5 steel h profile Applications
Heavy structures: bridge beams, high-rise building support frames; metallurgical environmental protection equipment, mining machinery chassis.
Special environments: low temperature areas (such as Arctic projects), port crane rail beams.
Industrial manufacturing: ship deck support, pressure vessel support.
Comparison between domestic and foreign
Domestic corresponding grades: Q355E (formerly Q345E), but S355NL has better low temperature toughness.
Special requirements: The Z25/Z35 suffix indicates tear resistance in the thickness direction and is suitable for earthquake-resistant design.
