H-beam Production Process

Preliminary preparation
1. Material procurement: According to the design requirements, purchase steel plates, welding wires and other raw materials that meet the standards to ensure material quality.
2. Equipment inspection: Check whether the production equipment is intact, including cutting machines, welding machines, straightening machines, shot blasting machines, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Develop a production plan: According to the order requirements, develop a detailed H-beam production plan, and clarify the time nodes and quality control requirements of each process.


Cutting and pretreatment
1. Steel plate cutting: Use a cutting machine to accurately cut the steel plate according to the requirements of the drawing to ensure accurate size.
2. Edge treatment: Grind the edges of the cut steel plates to remove burrs and oxides to improve welding quality. Marking and classification: Mark and classify the processed steel plates for subsequent processing and assembly.


Assembly and welding
1. Assembly positioning: According to the design requirements, place the steel plate on the assembly platform for precise positioning.
2. Welding preparation: Select appropriate welding wire and welding parameters, and preheat and clean the welding area.
3. Welding operation: Use automatic or semi-automatic welding machines to ensure that the weld quality meets the standard requirements.
4. Weld inspection: Perform weld inspection on the welded H-beam, including appearance inspection, dimension measurement and non-destructive testing to ensure weld quality.
