S355J2W Corten Steel Pipe is a high-strength, low-alloy steel pipe that combines structural load-bearing capacity with decorative appeal. By adding copper (0.25–0.55%), chromium (≤0.3%), nickel (≤0.65%), and phosphorus (≤0.035%) to ordinary steel, it naturally forms a dense protective rust layer in atmospheric conditions, improving corrosion resistance by 2–5 times and significantly reducing maintenance costs.
The pipe has a yield strength of ≥355 MPa, tensile strength of 470–630 MPa, and elongation of ≥20%, offering excellent toughness and weldability. It is widely used in bridge structures, building frameworks, municipal facilities, industrial pipelines, as well as outdoor landscapes such as sculptures and garden railings.
Its natural rust-red appearance is not only visually appealing but also ensures long-lasting durability in harsh environments.
