Basic Structure and Materials
• Bimetallic Composite Design: The surface layer is a high-hardness chromium carbide wear-resistant layer, and the bottom layer is carbon steel with better toughness (such as Q235, Q345). The two layers are metallurgically bonded and are not prone to cracking or peeling.
• Composition Proportion: The wear-resistant layer contains about 22%-32% chromium and 4%-5% carbon, and a small amount of elements such as silicon and manganese are added to ensure wear resistance; the base steel ensures the overall impact resistance.
Performance Advantages
• High Wear Resistance: The surface hardness reaches HRC55 - 63, which can resist the friction and wear of materials such as ore and coal powder, and the service life is 3 - 5 times longer than that of ordinary steel plates.
• Impact Resistance: The bottom steel has strong toughness and can withstand the impact load during the operation of the equipment, making it suitable for working conditions with frequent vibrations.
• Corrosion Resistance: The chromium element imparts certain corrosion resistance, and it is not easy to rust in a humid or acidic environment.
