444 stainless steel angle
444 stainless steel is a ferritic stainless steel, the national standard grade is 00Cr18Mo2, its composition of ultra-low carbon nitrogen, chromium content of 18% with 2% molybdenum content, strong corrosion resistance. This type of stainless steel material is usually stabilized with niobium or titanium elements, which can prevent intergranular corrosion after welding.
444 stainless steel density is lower, the available area increases, excellent thermal conductivity, very easy to dissipate heat, and low thermal expansion, welding deformation is small, but also has a very good resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking ability, which is stronger than 304 stainless steel, 444 resistance to chloride ion pitting corrosion and 316L is similar to the ability to weld and there is no tendency to corrode the intergranular corrosion.

C: ≤ 0.025; Mn: ≤ 1.00; Si: ≤ 1.00; Cr: 17.5 ~ 19.5; Ni: ≤ 1.00; P: ≤ 0.04; S: ≤ 0.03; Mo: 1.75 ~ 2.5; N: ≤ 0.035.
