Q355 H-shaped steel is a new Chinese steel grade designed to replace Q345. The material density is 7.85g/cm23. There are five quality grades: Q355B, Q355C, Q355D, Q355E, and Q355GNH. The cross-section of steel H beam usually includes two parts: web plate and flange plate, also called waist plate and side plate.
EN 10025-2 S355JR H-beam is a European standard structural steel widely used in construction and engineering applications. The minimum yield strength is 355mpa and the weldability is excellent. H section steel is an economical steel with a cross-sectional shape similar to the capital Latin letter H. It is also called general steel beam, wide-edge (side) I-beam or parallel flange I-beam.
