Q235: mold steel quenching specifications, quenching temperature of 950 ℃, salt bath furnace heating, 10% NaCl brine cooling quenching.Cold pressing blank softening treatment specification: temperature 740 ~ 760 ℃, holding time 4 ~ 6h, with 50 ~ 100 ℃ / h cold rate, with the furnace down to a temperature of ≤ 600 ℃, out of the furnace air cooling, hardness before treatment ≤ 197 HBS, hardness after treatment ≤ 156 HBS.
Q345: Normalizing specification: Normalizing temperature 850-870℃, hardness 170-217HBS after normalizing.
