GB Q355C Q355D H Shaped Steel
Products Description
Q355C is a low alloy high-strength structural steel commonly used in the mechanical manufacturing industry. Q355C steel not only requires high strength, but also good cold workability, excellent weldability, and high-quality surface.To ensure the mechanical properties of the steel and consider the production cost of alloys, Q355C H-beam adopts Ti strengthening process. On the basis of C and Mn solid solution strengthening, an appropriate amount of Ti microalloying element is added to hinder the growth of original austenite grains during heating, inhibit the growth of recrystallized grains during rolling, and play a precipitation strengthening role during cooling. Strictly control the content of harmful impurities in the steel to ensure its cold bending performance and impact toughness. To solve the problem of iron oxide scale on the surface of steel strips and ensure better welding performance, Q355C steel adopts low-carbon and low silicon, and the final melting composition design.
The mechanical and process performance requirements are as follows:
Q355C yield strength R eH ≥ 355 MP, tensile strength R m is 470-630 MPa, elongation A ≥ 22%, impact absorption energy value K V2 ≥ 34 J for longitudinal V-notch specimens at 20 ℃, qualified 180 ° cold bending test, carbon equivalent CEV ≤ 0.39%.
