The S355J0WP Corten Steel Plate is a structural weathering steel, also known as atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel, designed to deliver exceptional durability in outdoor environments.
Alloyed with chromium, nickel, copper, and added phosphorus, it develops a protective rust layer when exposed to the atmosphere, eliminating the need for painting in many applications and greatly enhancing its service life.
This grade complies with EN 10025-5 standards for hot-rolled structural steels with improved atmospheric corrosion resistance and is an equivalent material to Corten A.
