1. Introduction to A588GrK steel plate

A588GrK is the brand of Wugang Science and Technology Department Nuclear Power Institute. It is a high-strength low-alloy structural steel suitable for welding, riveting or bolting. It is mainly used for welding bridges and buildings. It is very important in reducing weight or increasing durability. In most environments, the atmospheric corrosion resistance of this steel is much better than that of carbon structural steel with or without copper.

3. A588GrK steel plate delivery status: hot rolling, normalizing, tempering, normalizing + tempering, quenching and tempering. Different delivery status can be selected according to different needs.

Remarks: For every 0.01% decrease in the specified carbon (C), the specified manganese (Mn) is allowed to increase by 0.06%, and the manganese (Mn) content is 1.50%. For A588GrK steel plates with a thickness of less than 13mm, the niobium content is not required.
