S355 ST52 U Channel Steel

S355NL is a normalizing steel (fine grain steel) in EN10025-3:2004 standard. Its yield strength and tensile strength correspond to China's Q345 low alloy steel ·NL is required to do impact absorption work test in a low temperature environment of minus 50 degrees, and the impact value is not less than 27J. St52 unalloyed steel is counted as ordinary structural steel, which is mainly characterized by tensile strength and yield point. It is used in civil construction, underground engineering, bridge structure, Marine structure, container manufacturing and automobile and machine manufacturing.

Products Description

St52 steel (St52-3) is an unalloy structural steel grade complies with DIN 17100: 1980, the designation has been discarded since 2004. According to German standard DIN 17100, St52 steel is divided into St52-3U (1.0553) and St52-3N (1.0570 material). St 52 material new designation is S355, St52-3 new name is S355J2 (1.0577), St52-3 U new designation is S355J0 (1.0553), and St52-3 N new name in EN 10025: 1993 is S355J2G3, DIN 17100 has been replaced by EN 10025-2: 2004.
