T12 carbon tool steel
The chemical components of T12 are mainly C, Si, Mn, S, P, and Cr. In T12 alloy, the C element content is very high, about 0.95~1.05%. Therefore, the hardness and wear resistance of T12 alloy are very good. Among them, Si and Mn are 0.20~0.35% and 0.30~0.60% respectively. They play an important role in improving the strength and toughness of steel. At the same time, the sulfur and phosphorus content is reduced to ensure the quality of the steel.
