Tool Steels Product Introduction
5CrNiMo steel due to good hardenability, 300mm x 400mm x 300mm chunks of steel by 820 ℃ oil quenching + 560 ℃ tempering, section hardness is almost the same. It is mainly used for manufacturing various medium and small forging molds with side length not more than 300mm and working temperature lower than 500℃, more suitable for manufacturing large and medium-sized modules for mass production, and also can make casting mold parts with complicated shapes.
5CrNiMo has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance. It is used for making small cross-section tempered parts with large loads and large normalized parts with small stresses. Suitable for the manufacture of a variety of complex shapes, impact load, the working temperature is not too high, the edge length of > 400mm large and medium-sized hammer forging die and cutting edge mold. Used in the manufacture of simple shape general manufacturing process smelting vacuum refining process to ensure the purity of steel; the use of large-scale professional heat treatment so that the steel to obtain the best pre-hardening effect, hardness uniform distribution.
