GL Grade GL-E Chemical element
GL Grade GL-E chemical composition has significant on GL Grade GL-E mechnical properties. Among all the GL Grade GL-E elements. Carbon is hardening element. Silicon helps to strengthen the strength. Manganese is the important austenite stabilizing elements contribute to the formation of texture structure and increase the firmness, strength and wear resistance. Phosphorus reduces the plasticity and toughness and appearing cold brittleness. Meanwhile, It can significantly increase the strength of steel, and improve the atmospheric corrosion stability. Sulfur makes the hot brittleness of steel high.
