steel Product Introduction
The manufacturing process of AH36 steel plate involves multiple links, including smelting, rolling, heat treatment and surface treatment. The specific process is as follows:
Smelting: Use electric furnace or converter to remove impurities in molten iron, and add appropriate amount of alloy elements to obtain the required chemical composition.
Rolling: The smelted steel billet is processed into steel plate of required thickness and width through rolling process.
Heat treatment: The rolled steel plate is heated and cooled to obtain the required mechanical properties. Common heat treatment methods include normalizing, quenching + tempering, etc.
Surface treatment: Sandblasting, rust removal and painting are performed on the surface of the steel plate to improve its corrosion resistance.
In addition, the delivery status of AH36 steel plate includes hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing and thermomechanical rolling to meet the needs of different customers.
