16Mo3 steel plate is usually delivered in normalized state. According to the negotiation between the supply and demand parties, it can be delivered in untreated state, or it can be tempered, normalized + tempered, controlled (M), and modulated (QT). The flaw detection can be done by level 1, 2, and 3 flaw detection. The performance test can be delivered by Z15, Z25, Z35 and other Z-direction performance tests.
