(1) High quality carbon structural steel with 20G, 20MnG, 25MnG.
(2) 15MoG steel, alloy structural steel 20MoG, 12CrMoG, 15CrMoG, 12Cr2MoG, 12CrMoVG, 12Cr3MoVSiTiB etc.
(3) There are 1Cr18Ni9 and 1Cr18Ni11Nb boiler tubes used for corrosion resistant and heat-resistant steel. In addition to ensuring chemical composition and mechanical properties, water pressure tests shall be done one by one, and expansion and flattening tests shall be carried out. The pipe is delivered in heat treatment.
In addition, the microstructure, grain size and decarburization of the finished steel tube are also required.
20G main body materials is actually 20#, 16Mng main material is actually 16Mn. "G" means boiler steel, and they are added to a small amount of alloying elements to improve the performance of steel.
