Carbon manganese steels offer a minimum yield strength of 245 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 325 MPa with a 22% elongation rate. Carbon-manganese-silicon steels offer a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 315 MPa with a 22% elongation rate.
