1. Mild steel channel production process:
Carbon steel channels are usually manufactured by hot rolling or cold rolling processes. During hot rolling, steel is heated to a higher temperature and sent to a rolling mill to obtain the desired shape and size. Cold rolling is a series of rolling processes for steel at room temperature. Cold rolling has higher precision and higher surface smoothness than hot rolling.
2. Mild steel channel material composition and properties:
Carbon steel is an alloy of iron and carbon ranging from very low (low carbon) to very high (very high). As the carbon content increases, the strength and hardness of steel also increase.
