1. Introduction to ST52-3 steel plate materials:
ST52-3 is equivalent to the domestic grade Q345, (16mn) St52-3 new material number: 1.0570, old material number: 1.0841. St52-3 is characterized by its tensile strength and yield point. St52-3 is a low-alloy high-strength steel. The steel grade is composed of St, the characteristic value of the steel and the quality index. There are steels with selective deoxidation methods. The corresponding mark (U or R) is placed in front of the steel grade. There are special-purpose steels such as: USt52-3 or RRSt37-2. ST52-3 steel plate corresponds to the national standard Q355, and the yield tensile performance of ST52-3 is analyzed.
2. Technical standards and heat treatment status of ST52-3 steel plate materials:
ST52-3 steel plate belongs to the German standard low-alloy steel, and the implementation standard is DIN17100. The material under the DIN standard is: ST37-2, STE355, STE460, etc. Heat treatment of ST52-3 steel plate: hot rolling, controlled rolling, normalizing.
ST52-3 steel plate implements technical standard DIN17100, which is close to the national standard Q355B performance.
3. What do ST52-3, ST52-3-Z25, ST52-3-Z35, Z15, Z25, and Z35 mean:
ST52-3 is Z-direction performance steel, Z-direction is the thickness direction of the steel plate, and Z-direction is a lamellar tearing resistance test of the steel plate. The grades are arranged from high to low as Z35, Z25, and Z15.
