S355NL is a normalizing steel (fine grain steel) in EN10025-3:2004 standard. Its yield strength and tensile strength correspond to China's Q345 low alloy steel ·NL is required to do impact absorption work test in a low temperature environment of minus 50 degrees, and the impact value is not less than 27J.

 

 
Products Description

 

S355K2G3 is a high-tensile fine grained steel for welding constructions of dynamic load. The steel is applicated up to temperatures of -20°C. Mechanical properties in thickness direction have to comply with EURONORM 164. Compared to S235J2G3 is achievable a considerable saving of material due to the by 120 MPa higher yield point. The steel shows a by 15% higher resistance to mineral wear due to sliding action in comparison to S355K2G3C. For this steel are available (mat. No 1.0593 acc. to DIN EN 10025) grades for: - folding (KQ)-S355K2G3C - cold forming of sections (KP)-S355J2G3C - cold drawing (KZ)-S355J2G3C.
